1.1. 'Vegas Partner Lounge' refers to all of its casino
brands, including: 'Crazy Vegas Casino', 'Crazy Mobile', 'Golden Riviera
Casino', ‘Golden Riviera Mobile’, 'Casino-Mate', 'Casino-Mate Mobile', 'Maple
Casino', 'Maple Mobile Casino.' All terms and conditions contained herein apply
to these casinos and you obtain no rights to such term, nor any other terms,
graphics, text, concepts or methodologies, by using the Web site and the
material contained therein.
1.2. Promotions are valid only to a Player who registers a
Real Account at this Casino, which is part of the Vegas Partner Lounge Group of

1.4. Real Accounts must be registered in a Player's real
name. The name of the casino account holder must match the name of the credit

to all employees, of the Vegas Partner Lounge and its casinos, including
officers or directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates,
subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners,
retailers, service providers , other affiliated companies and members of their

shall be separate and severable from each of the others. If any clause is found
to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall
remain of full force and effect. All dates and times stipulated in these terms
and conditions are based on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), unless otherwise stated.
1.10. In the event of any dispute, the decision of casino
management will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered

2.1 Minimum Wager
Our Bonus System gives Players more control over their
account with a Bonus Account Balance and Cash Account Balance. The Player can
convert their Bonus casino credits into Cash casino credits once the wagering
requirements have been met. This has many advantages including the following:
2.1.1 Players can see which credits are Bonus credits and
which are your Cash credits.
2.1.2 Players can keep track of the wagering requirements to
know when the Bonus credits become Cash Credits.
2.1.3 Players can keep track of the different wagering
requirements on different games to convert the Bonus credits sooner.
2.1.4 Players know when and how much they can cash in.

2.2.1 A Player's total account balance consists of a cash
account balance and a Bonus account balance.
2.2.2 A Player's Bonus account cannot be cashed in, but can
be used to place wagers.
2.2.3 A Player's Cash Account may only be cashed in once the
balance of the Bonus Account is zero and 100 or more bets have been placed

2.2.5 Take note that some games played may contribute a
different percentage of the wager - up to 100%, towards the required wagering

2.2.6 Note: The Wagering Requirements are subject to the Bonus
amount and not the deposit amount.
2.2.7 As the required play-through requirements are met,
funds are automatically transferred from the Player's Bonus account to their

made. The Player can use either their Bonus or their cash account.
2.2.9 For any wagers made, the wager is deducted from the
Player's cash account. If here is no cash available, then the wager is deducted
from the Bonus account. This effectively means that funds in the Player's Bonus
account are only played if there is no cash balance.
2.2.10 Winnings on wagers made from a Player's cash account
are credited directly to their cash account. Winnings on wagers made from a
Player's Bonus account are credited to their Bonus account.
2.2.11 Where crediting a Player's Bonus account with
winnings would result in the Bonus account exceeding the size of the original Bonus
amount, any excess winnings are credited to the Player's cash account.
2.2.12 Please Note: the "Gamble" Feature on Slots
and the "Double" feature on Video Poker, do NOT count towards
wagering requirements. Only initial bets count and any double up instruction
thereafter is issued to the Cash Account balance.
2.2.13 Should a player not meet wager requirements, the
casino is entitled to remove the applicable Bonus.
2.3.1 The Bonus portion cannot be cashed in, and will be
removed from the cash in amount.
2.3.2 A 24 hour pending period will be imposed for all

cash in during the 24 hour pending period, or requests part of the cash in to

2.3.6 The above points are subject to the casino

2.4 Scratch Card
All bets on any Scratch Card game are final once the Scratch
Card has been issued/purchased. No refunds will be issued prior to or after the
Scratch Card has been scratched.
The progressive’s payouts are not regulated by the Lotteries
and Gaming Authority of Malta.

3. Promo Abuse
3.1 Vegas Partner Lounge Casino management reserves the
right to determine whether play has been deemed to be promotion abuse even
though there may have been compliance with the above terms and conditions. In
addition non-compliance with the above terms and conditions shall be deemed to
be promotion abuse. As such in both of these cases, Vegas Partner Lounge Casino
management has the right at its sole discretion to take the following action
against such abusers:
3.1.1 If identified as a Bonus abuser Vegas Partner Lounge
reserves the right to deny a Player any download Bonus on initial deposits. In
such cases, the original deposit will be refunded, however, the Player will not
benefit from the Bonus-promotion judged to have been abused;
3.1.2 In certain instances where abuse of Bonuses on a
player’s accounts is detected, it may result in the players account being
closed with immediate effect.
3.1.3 Players found to be abusing promotions may be barred
from receiving further promotional offers at any of our Vegas Partner Lounge
3.1.4 In the event that the casino deems a Player to have
misused a casino account for the exploitation of promotional offers, without
ever demonstrating any degree of risk with personal funds or serious intention
to play, the redemption of all such promotional offers, including but not
limited to sign-up Bonuses, will be suspended until such times as the Player
demonstrates a purchase history at the casino;
3.1.5 Vegas Partner Lounge casinos contribute to and make
use of a shared industry database of promotion abusers and fraudsters.
Individuals known from this database will not be eligible for any promotional
offers and the casino reserves the right to lock their account and refuse
access to the casino;
3.1.6 Information on known promotion abusers may be
forwarded to Proc-Cyber Services (PCS), our e-cash partners and may result in
such Players being barred from receiving Bonuses at any other casino using PCS.

4. Multiple Accounts
4.1.1 An Inter-account Transfer can only be made between two
of your own existing accounts, within the same Casino Group. Inter-account
transfer requests must be done in writing.
4.1.2 A Player at Vegas Partner Lounge is not allowed to
make an Inter-account Transfer to other accounts that are not registered in the

4.1.5 The player must acknowledge that when requesting an
Inter-account Transfer that it is only for the purpose of playing at Vegas
Partner Lounge Casinos on an active account.
4.2 Cross Play
4.2.1 Cross play is enabled across all Vegas Partner Lounge
4.2.2 Through Cross Play, Players may use any existing
account number to log in to any other Vegas Partner Lounge casino and
experience a different brand's look and feel.
4.2.3 Any Bonuses credited while utilizing Cross Play will
be based on the account number and casino that you used to log in. E.g.: A
Player playing at Casino A using their Casino B account number will receive the
advertised Casino B Bonus and not that of Casino A. To receive Casino A's Bonus,
Players are required to register a new account at Casino A.

5. Bonuses and/or Promotions
5.1 Bonuses - General
5.1.1 Please note that Wagering Requirements apply to all of
these Bonuses. If it seems that there are any discrepancies, all decisions will
be at Management's discretion to review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Management's decision will be final.
5.1.2 NOTE: If a Player does not wish to receive a Bonus
from the casino, the player should inform the support center via email before
he makes a purchase.
5.1.3 All one-time offers (The Deposit Bonus, High Roller
Bonus, Initial Free Spins) can only be claimed once per Player at a Vegas
Partner Lounge casino and cannot be claimed again at any other Vegas Partner
Lounge casinos unless invited to do so.
5.1.4 The Casino reserves the right to withhold any and all Bonuses
from certain countries. These countries include Hungary, Romania, Czech
Republic, parts of Indonesia and Central Africa.
5.1.5 When referring to amounts in promotional material,
currencies are always, unless otherwise stated, given in Euros and/or US
5.2 Deposit Bonuses
The Initial Welcome Deposit Bonus consists of 500 complimentary credits. The maximum 500 credits of this 100% Bonus Offer, can only be claimed on the first five (5) deposits made.
5.2.1 The Welcome Bonus offer of 500 complimentary credits is valid and must be claimed within seven (7) days after registration of a new real account.
5.2.2 The Welcome Bonus offer is sequential and can only be claimed in the order illustrated above.
5.2.3 The maximum Bonus is displayed in the table above.
5.2.4 This offer is only valid for the depositor and is not transferable.
5.2.5 Deposit Bonuses are credited automatically to the players account within 5 hours or sooner.
5.2.6 All withdrawals will be subject to an audit by the Casino. The Casino reserves the right to reclaim the Welcome Bonus and any winnings and/or close an account in a situation of obvious abuse or fraud.
5.2.7 The Welcome Bonus offer may not be claimed in conjunction with any other promotions currently offered by Vegas Partner Lounge Casinos and is subject to ongoing review. The casino has the right to change the offer and its terms at any time.
5.2.8 Should a withdrawal be submitted before the Welcome Bonus is credited to the Bonus Account, the bonus will be forfeited.
5.2.9 All Bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements.
5.2.10 All Welcome Deposit Bonuses are valid in a players account for 7 days from time of crediting.
5.3 Free Spins
promotional Free Spins offer is subject to standard wagering requirements,
which is 50 X the winnings resulting from the Free Spins Bonus.
5.3.2 The total
winnings on all Free Spins (whether this is the initial offer or subsequent
promotional offers) are limited to $200/£100/€150 maximum. Should the Player
win in excess of $200/£100/€150 the excess will be removed from the Players

5.4 No-Deposit Bonuses
/ Complimentary Bonuses (where offered)
5.4.1 To claim, Players need to register at least one credit
card or make a successful prior purchase using any banking method before

5.4.2 Because NO purchase is required, and the winnings
returned could be sizable, the total winnings on all NO-DEPOSIT Bonuses are
limited to $200/£100/€150 maximum. Should the Player win in excess of

5.4.3 Minimum initial Bonus wager requirements and minimum
cash-in requirements apply.
5.5 Weekly Bonuses
5.5.1 Weekly special offer Bonuses will be subject to the
Player activating the Bonus (opting in).
5.5.2 Bonuses will only be valid on any/all purchases once
the Player has activated and received a confirmation notification that the
promotion is active.
5.5.3 Strictly no backdated Bonuses will be allowed/
credited. Any purchases made prior to successfully activating the promotion
will not qualify for any related purchase Deposit Bonuses, regardless of the
promotion's valid dates provided.
5.5.4 As of 14 November 2014, on all Multiple Bonus Daily
Offers, the full deposit amount required for that Bonus must be wagered through
at least once (1x) before the next offer can be claimed.
5.6 Bonus Abuse
5.6.1 Bonus abuse is the ability to benefit from a Bonus or
promotion through the lack of good faith from the Casino gambling policy
5.6.2 In the event that the casino believes there is Bonus
abuse or attempted Bonus abuse the Casino may, at its sole discretion:
- deny, withhold or withdraw from the player any Bonus or
- rescind any policy either temporarily or permanently
